Well that really was not the start we wanted to the 2024 Barton Marine Winter Series here at Evans Bay.  But hey, we'll give one to the weather and hope the rest of the series is beautiful.  Our next Barton Marine race day is on Saturday the 13th of July so make sure it is marked in your diary.

Also, don't forget that we have the Te Ākautangi Matariki Festival over the long weekend of 28 to 30 June, so make sure you have got your entry in for what promises to be a fabulous weekend both on the water and in the clubhouse.

The Te Ākautangi Matariki Festival is an event jointly run by Tai Tonga 41 Outrigger Canoe Club and Evans Bay Yacht & Motor Boat Club.

It will include the Ngá Mata o Te Ariki, Táwhirimátea Marathon; Matariki Classic; and EBYMBC Matariki Yachting Regatta.
